At Whitley-Sebti Law there is no charge for your first telephone call or in-person consultation. All your questions will be answered and there is no obligation. We will discuss the facts of your case, identify the legal issues, and develop potential strategies for resolution, all to give you a better understanding of your options moving forward. If our firm is not the best firm to handle your case, we will let you know and hopefully point you in the right direction.
When you’ve been involved in a car accident or other tragic event, the last thing you want to worry about is more bills. At Whitley-Sebti Law, we never charge a fee unless we obtain a recovery for you. Our fee is a percentage of your recovery. We will advance all costs for care, investigators, experts, filing fees, and other expenses associated with obtaining the maximum recovery possible. If no recovery is made, you pay nothing.
We know that an injury can make it harder to get around, meaning it might be tough for you to visit our office in person or make it to your medical appointments. We are willing to work with you to schedule an initial visit to your home, work, or even the hospital to meet with you in person. After that, we can help arrange transportation to your medical visits until you get back on your feet.
